1. Web feature-Reopening the Non-Ladder market
-Open the function of transferring non-ladder to Ladder applies to charms without expiry date (permanent).
- Listing fee: ½ Charm value (according to the current valuation system).
Note: Do not support the conversion of charm from Ladder to Non-Ladder.

2. Adjust Goblin & Cow Level
Goblin:
- Goblin will currently appear concentrated at the MAP of the Area 85 and Extra Quest groups, increasing the centralized farm ability.

Cow Level:
- Cow Level 1 port no longer appears directly when using items.
➤ Players need to complete a separate task to open the entrance.
- Cow Level will no longer drop the Extra Quest ticket.
- Instead, Baal Hell will now Drop tickets to Salvation Normal.

3. Change the Extra Quest system
- The bosses in the Extra Quest Normal will now have a fixed HP: 5m, to extend the fighting time.
- However, the boss's damage decreases 20% to keep the experience balance.
- Boss Extra will now add tickets to the salvation map (Normal).
