What is Pits (area85)? Things to know and pits

Pits (also known as area85) is a special land where all monsters are level 85. This is an area where monsters are quite easy to hit and drop a good amount of equipment, for example DIADEM, TROLL BELT, CORONA,…..In addition, there are also High Runes. And this area85 is only popular in Hell, and of course the Normol and Nightmare levels do not exist.
Here are some places area85 in Hell:

ACT I : THE SIGHTLESS EYES

TOWN I : ROGUE ENCAMPMENT

The Mausoleum

• Monster summary: only immu light, above 4 Boss monsters
• Hint: at Quest2 ACT I, there are two mausoleums and The Mausoleum will be on the right in the direction of this hanged man.

The Pit Level 1

• Monster summary: any type of immu, there are over 6 Boss Monsters
• Hint: go to Black Marsh, go up to the TAMOE HIGHLAND area and the pit cave is located here

The Pit Level 2

• Monster summary: Undead, any type of immu, there are more than 2 Boss Monsters
• Hint: go deeper inside The Pit level1 and you will see the path down to The Pit level2

ACT II : THE SECRET OF THE VIZJEREI

TOWN : LUT GHOLEIN

The Maggot Lair Level 3

• Monster summary: immu light, immu poison, immu physic, Boss Quest immu cold
• Suggestion: Maggot cave is located in Far Oasis, area85 will be deep on the 3rd floor of the cave

The Ancient Tunnels

• Monster summary: immu fire, immu light, immu magic, immu poison
• Hint: go to Lost City and you will see the vault is closed, click to open the vault door and go in

ACT III : THE INFERNAL GATE

TOWN : KURAST DOCKS

The Sewers Level 2

• Monster summary: immu poison
• Suggestion: 2nd floor of The Sewers level 1, where you find Khailim Heart (map only has a few monsters so not recommended
  Encourage you to practice here)

The Forgotten Temple

• Monster summary: immu cold, immu light, immu fire
• Hint: the castle is located in the Upper Kurast area

The Disused Reliquary and The Ruined Fane

• Monster summary: immu light, immu cold, immu fire (The Disused Reliquary)
• Monster summary: immu light, immu cold (The Ruined Fane)
• Hint: when you run on the bridge from Upper Kurast to Tranvincal, go left and you will see The Ruined Fane, on the right is The Disused Reliquary.

ACT IV : THE HARROWING

TOWN : PANDEMONIUM FORTRESS

• Monster summary: ACT IV's Area85 maps have all kinds of immu monsters

The River of Flame :

• Suggestion: in the City of the Dammed we will find the path to hell The River of Flame (right here there will definitely be a way point to the village)

The Chaos Sanctuary :

• Hint: this is where we will meet the angel Hariel and enter the castle to kill Diablo (The last way point of ACT IV is right here)

ACT V : LORD OF DESTRUCTION
TOWN : HARROGATH

• Monster summary: ACT V's Area85 maps have all kinds of immu monsters

The Worldstone Keep Level1:

• Hint: after defeating the 3 gatekeepers, you will be able to open the door to The Worldstone Keep area right there.

Throne Of Destruction :

• Hint: The World Keep has a total of 3 floors, going through all 3 floors of The Worldstone Keep will lead to Throne Of Destruction (where we will meet Baal and his gang, all of them are level 85 monsters).
