S24 REFORGED – NEW SEASON PREPARATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Season 24 – Reforged is a version of "destroying and rebuilding" important foundations: index, hirelings, skill–runeword, map process… to bring on a season of play Smooth – fair – many new build directions.

🔥 Highlights of S24 – Reforged

1. Balance the index system
   Review all stats & %bonus from item/charm. Reduce unbalanced "power spikes", increase effectiveness for weak builds.
2. Rework Unique upgrade system
   Simplified yet diverse; unified index Imbue & Orb upgrade; Emphasize ability personalization.
3. Rework Hirelings (Mercenaries)
   Go back Classic Rentals clear and promote roles item. item (aura, on-hit, on-kill, utility). Every type of hireling there is construction road & suggested item set private.
4. Balanced Skills & Runewords
   Adjusted damage, stacking coefficient, cooldown, and gear scaling. Refresh some main runeword to open new meta but still keep identity character class. (Details in Patch Notes.)
5. Removed difficulty grading (Normal/Hard/God/Trans)
   Collection process a single standard — focus on build quality & skills. Have item conversion system to ensure upgrade rhythm.
6. Expand inventory (Stash/Inventory)
   More storage space, neater layout.
7. New Charm Extra
   Charm followed map topic, Have private index pool + public pool. Min–max is balanced according to S24 standard, don't abuse -res, which encourages diverse gameplay.
8. Passive Account System
   Unlock gradually through PvE, PvP, season journey, events. Concentrate Utilities & support, does not break the balance — increases motivation for long-term commitment.
9. Rework Map Extra reward system
   Redesign chest/bonus/map goal: reward clear – transparent – ​​displaying specific ratios. Convert items around Boss Material & boss chest to ensure the upgrade process.

🔥 TIMELINE server

• Stage 1: October 17, 2025 – Server opening LOD and supplements Salvation Tower.
• Stage 2: November 7, 2025 – Open the supplement Lich King and Secret Cow Level 2.
• Stage 3: November 28, 2025 – Open the supplement Azmodan and supplements Infernal Depth.
• Stage 4: December 19, 2025 – Open the supplement Imperius and supplements Devil Diablo.
• Stage 5: January 9, 2026 – Open the supplement Valley of Lost Souls and supplements Eternal Dungeon.

❓ Quick questions - Short answers

• Is the old process "outdated"?
  S23 still works separate compared to S24. Refund S23 deposit (equal to Soul) will apply after 2 weeks since the launch of S24. Players who support from October 3, 2025 to October 16, 2025 will receive a refund of 120% for S24.
  S23.1 and S23.2 will be merged on October 25, 2025
• What about old charms & runewords?
  Runeword applies according to new changes in Patch Notes S24. Old Charm Extra is fine replace with the new Balanced Charm set. (S23 has no effect.)
• How to farm without tiered difficulty?
  Extra Quest will open accordingly Season progression, map difficulty adjusted — The content that comes later will be more difficult content comes first.
