📢 Notice of Bug Stats error handling

During the inspection process, we found a number of accounts that abused BUG from the PVP mode, causing the Points stats to exceed the limit.

👉 Currently, with the maximum level limit of 149, the total Points status of each character will not exceed 860 - 900 points. However, because this is an error that has not been thoroughly handled, backlog from non-ladder, the Management Board will first and only recover the index for current cases.

🔒 Therefore, all accounts with characters exceeding the prescribed level have been temporarily locked from 3-7 days to conduct excess points.
After completing the recovery, the account will be unlocked. In addition, the previous PVP ranking indicators will be removed.
